As a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation (DPCO), Amstel Consulting is authorised by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) to provide professional data protection compliance services, including consulting, compliance audits, training and regulatory support.
Our DPCO status enables us to conduct and verify Compliance Audit Returns (CAR) and facilitate their filing with the NDPC in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
