Esther Samson is a Data Privacy Training Consultant who draws on more than five years of experience within Nigeria’s banking and financial-services sector to support the delivery of practical and accessible privacy training.
Her banking experience includes roles with United Bank for Africa and First City Monument Bank. In these environments, she worked with customer records, financial information, account documentation and confidential enquiries, giving her direct insight into the importance of responsible information handling.
Esther’s experience has also exposed her to customer identification and onboarding processes, KYC requirements, accurate record keeping, complaint resolution and the careful use of information in customer-service operations.
